Ive learned that I am not a terrible person for feeling a certain way. We feel things so intensely and so painfully and especially before my diagnosis I would make it worse by blaming myself or calling myself weak for feeling what I feel. So I tried so hard to push it all down. Now I think in moving on ive come to an understanding that while I can't act on them, it doesn't make me a bad person for having them.

A big thing for me has been finding people who accept me for having bpd ... I just had to leave my husband of 10 years bc he can't accept me with all my issues it's hard but I've been happier since I left for sure

I learned to cope with my rage episodes most of the time. Whenever I’m feeling angry I calm myself down with some hobbies like for example video games, or talk to my fp about it. They’re usually very understanding so it gives me a safe place to express my feelings
