Yeah some times I get so paranoid at night that I scare myself in to thinking I heard some one whispering so I turn on the tv and play music
@Duckyqueen123 I have to do that too I can't be total quietness in my room or anywhere I have to hear something or my thoughts race and I feel like my heart will race too

@GaymerGirl96 it really is.... I hate it especially in the summer time because idk if it's a sunburn issue or like a fever when I first got the sensations of the face tingling but then I realized I wasn't out in the sun at all that day and then my therapist explained it and I put 2 and 2 together and he told me it was more than likely a sign of my anxiety acting up
@Allison_Tobias_929 bro I feel that. I kept overthinking I was gonna have a seizure or something.
My face is flushed and I start hyperventilating and crying. Best thing that helps me is when people are near and they try to help calm me down at work. Putting wet paper towels on my face and making me drink tons of super cold water
@TannTann I do that sometimes too
I haven't had this happen but early this morning my anxiety woke me up out of my sleep. My heart was racing so fast I felt dizzy and collapsed to the floor when I got out of bed. :/
I've always had strong feelings of needs for certain coping mechanisms at night and when I wake up unless it's still dark its hard to want to go back to sleep. I always feel extremely guilty or self loathing if I take a nap at all and I end up passing out at random times
I've had that happen. Generally when my husband's not home is the worse
Yeah ever since I started on my new medication I've had that experience and 1 hallucination, but I figure that's related to when I took the pill it is now day 2

Yes. I dont know if you have trouble sleeping, but i sure do. Anxiety thrives off of restlessness. That's why many professionals out there say reduced sleep = Anxiety. It's kind of hard to get under control because I feel like the only reason I am up in the first place is because of my anxiety
Yeah I know exactly how you feel :(
yes, yes i do. 😔
