Comparing Anxiety Symptoms: Am I Insane?

I keep going heart flutters daily throughout the day even when I don’t feel anxious. I’ve gone to the hospital twice and they said everything looks normal. My cardiologist isn’t concerned either but I have a holter monitor on for the next 2 weeks to double check. Today is bad. I have a pain on my right side next to/under my breast that won’t go away and I keep burping. 🤦🏻‍♀️ is that normal???

I get get bad heart palpitations, struggle to breathe, feel heavy, get jelly legs, headaches, feel sick, go either really hot or really cold and my bladder feels constantly full. I don't always get all of those symptoms though and everyone's experience is different, so please don't think you're insane if your symptoms aren't exactly the same as other people
