does anyone else who’s had anxiety for a long time have the same symptoms but they appear in diff ways? for me, i get really intense intrusive thoughts that will come to me in waves of frequency. every year or so, i go through a four or so month period where i feel like the new one is so so much worse than before and idk how to handle it. does anyone else do this?
