Hello All, I’m obviously new here! Trying to find people with anxiety(I have physical symptoms also) and general issues with wanting to get better and live a health life! I’m also 45, so I think my hormones are being to change…anyone else?

      @Tree20 I take Valium. I also take Venlafaxine. I was having panic attacks. I had Parkinson’s disease for 20 years now I focus all my energy on art and music. I have been battling Parkinson’s disease For 20 years now, so I have a lot of anxiety built up over the years. I see a therapist weekly, and I cannot tell you how important mental health is. And my artwork is in drawing painting music to make things, steam punk style, etc..

      Yes I am in that same boat right now I am trying to treat the symptoms the best I can . They don’t seem to go away , you need to just let them come and go , or it will drive you crazy . Yes you are changing , Or moans replacement helps if you want to talk to your doctor about

        @NerdsRule what do you do? Just roll with it? What’s your symptoms? Are you on any anti-anxiety meds?
