i have the same issue. i dont have any friends since i’ve graduated since im not forced to see anyone anymore. i think the best advice for both is us is to try our best to take it a day at a time. its hard to bring yourself out into the world sometimes and you should be proud of any progress you make. you’re going to get through it 💕

Thank you Honeyful. I've spent the last 25 years with this and worked for 39 years. So it's been a struggle . It seems the older I get the worse it gets. I broke off my last relationship bc it just seemed I couldn't commit to anything. I dont know how I will feel on any given day.

I ended my relationship too. For many reasons but partly because there is such little understanding of anxiety disorders. Some people think you are crazy or psycho. I got tired of fighting that. I am fine 95% of the time. But when I had a normal feeling about something I was still treated like I was mentally unstable. It’s sad.
