if i can be alone, i like to go to a space where i can take off some clothes and calm down. if i can’t, then i like to wear headphones and turn on my favorite music and try to focus on the words and the different parts of the instrumentals

I would try to change into my clothes and to a quit room and if that don't work I would use my sensory vest.
