Struggling with Anxiety and Productivity

Hi, I am struggling a lot with my anxiety and all I can do is lay on the couch and it’s making my anxiety worse because I can’t do the things I need to do during the day and they are starting to pile up. Do you have any tips for helping with this? I want to be productive but my body won’t let me.

If anyone here isn't diagnosed with ADHD.... Y'all should look into it. ♡

Are you comfortable taking medication? It sounds like your anxiety is debilitating enough that you could benefit from it

My anxiety used to be this way, you just have to get up and do it and learn to live with it the best you can. Understand that you are stronger than it. Try your best to make progress day by day.
