Oh absolutely. When my anxiety initially flared up when I was 6, it pretty much was all symptoms connected to my digestive system. I was in and out of doctors offices and hospitals for over a year, because they were trying to figure out why I had such horrible stomach issues. My teacher from the previous year approached my mom and told her she was positive it was all from anxiety, and she was absolutely right.

Yes!! That’s when I know it’s really bad anxiety, I immediately have to go to the bathroom. My best friend gets them too, and we both call them anxiety poops lol. You’re definitely not alone on that one!

Yes! 100% I didn't know this was normal until I started dating my now husband. I always had to run to the bathroom when I got an anxiety attack and I was too embarrassed to ask anyone if they had the same problem. So know you are not alone!
