Getting a proper BPD diagnosis: How to overcome stigma and dismissals?

How do I get properly diagnosed with BPD? I know there is a stigma about it, especially one in a psychiatrist setting anyways as well. I've asked about it before and it was dismissed. They told me I couldn't be diagnosed with anything else after my entry questionnaire that went over only Depression, Anxiety, and Schizophrenia.

You can 100% be diagnosed with something else. I would find someone who specializes in diagnosing bpd and contact them to do a consultation

Sorry for a second reply by the way. But I'm trying to get transferred to a different place now that they've told me I can't be diagnosed with anything else (they refuse to do anything above bipolar). Super invalidating and apparently this is the WORST place here in my city

thank you a lot. Where I live has a super bad reputation of having awful mental health facilities so I might have to travel.
