Good afternoon, does anyone suffering from anxiety, still panic even AFTER fixing the problem?

      I’ve found it’s a situational thing? Due to cptsd I will have anxiety, once I get to the root of the issue the anxiety goes away until I’m in another triggering situation. Same process. I usually discuss these with my therapist. I have tools to use to help me through the anxiety. Like meditation (Insight timer is free. Balance has a free on year subscription), grounding and such.

      Most always. I tend to find myself worrying about something else. And it doesn't have to be after the attack sometimes its mid attack and then having to start all over again because panic is setting in again
