Oh that hair flushed face and then the sweating…. That’s when I know it’s past the point of no return. I just try to leave wherever I am as quickly as I can. Which makes it worse, but I get so self conscious. I hate it

Increased thought process, increased heart rate, increased breathing (close to hyperventilation), shakiness, the feeling of needing to leave the environment instantly, light headedness, and the most obvious for me is crying! Hope this helps

I dont ever feel anxious or panicky before it starts. My feet start to sweat really bad and then all of my regular panic symptoms hit me.

me too. It’s the ridiculous sweating that is a major trigger . Hard to bring myself back down once I feel the sweat and my face turning into a red flushed , anxious beyond words and it takes me out I am starting to get better and utilize all the tools I am given. It’s just rough.
