Anxiety and Pain: My Unsuccessful Doctor's Appointment

Well that dr appointment was unsuccessful. Dr said that when I got my anxiety under control my hands started to hurt worse... no my hands always hurt, it just wasn't a priority at the moment like my anxiety was.

Watch the way youre sleeping. I had this problem for awhile, it may be the way you are bending your shoulders, elbows, and or wrists in your sleep. Try like a week in carpal tunnel splints and see how it goes.
