Anxiety over taking birth control for years

Does anyone else get anxiety over the idea of taking birth control for decades? I was diagnosed at 17. I’m 21. That’s a lot of years ahead of me.

Birth control is a bandaid fix for PCOS. I was on it for 15 years, now I’m not on it and I manage my PCOS naturally. I’ve literally never felt better.

I took it for the 3 years and I couldn’t take it anymore. It turned me into a crazy person, so I tried the iud and it’s working better.
