Never thought I would feel anxiety over a vape almost being out.

It took me getting pregnant to finally quit vaping since 2016. It's so hard because it's readily available, tastes good, and isn't frowned upon as much as cigarettes. But we really have no clue exactly what is in the disposable vapes, it could be way worse for our bodies than what we've found out about cigarettes. Try some nic gum and sweets! Every craving you have take a huge breath, or go outside. It gets easier every month. I'm now one year off vaping ! I feel like my lungs actually can fill up with air again š

I know i use my smoking as a crutch. It gives me that lil bit of me time, its dependable cause i know its easy for me to get, and it help feel that im a lil bit normal, even if i have to pay a triggering flare up for it.

@opposum Luckily I have the backup car vape just in case. Lmao
quitting vaping is super hard, esp since disposables have 2x the amt of nic than cigs and that they taste like fun flavors- iāve had to go to small mods to try to go down in % to zero but i keep hitting friendsā vapes and it makes me up the % again itās a cycle smh
@moonwxtcher I've noticed the higher percentage, but I still feel pretty good about my ability to quit when I want to. I'm lucky like that I think. I smoked cigarettes from 14 until like 29 and just put them down and stopped. Never had an issue. Pretty sure I can do it with vaping too
I quit in 2018. Life addict here. Nicotine messed me up pretty bad mentally.
@BeanBetter I'm sorry. I smoked from 14 until I was like 29 and I quit. Then started vaping in 2021. 2020 was just too rough. Lmao
If you wanna talk nicotine addiction you can message me. š
@DitsyDiabetic This is going to sound clichƩ, but I don't feel like I'm addicted. I put down cigarettes after smoking for years in 2019 and just never bought more no problem. I feel like I can do the same with my vape too tbh.
If you're talking about nicotine I know the feeling. I smoked cigarettes for 12-13 years and switched to vaping a few years ago. Having anxiety disorder definitely makes me feel the need to puff the vape all day! I try to recenter myself and take life day by day.
@B3B3 I smoked from like 14 until like 29? I just put the smokes down and stopped. But in 2021 I was like you know what F it and started back up because 2020 was rough for many reasons. I don't feel like I'm addicted. I can stop when I want, but it is nice to have
