I mean, I get the tingles and numbness in my limbs sometimes, but I also don't drink enough water . . . Id definitely speak with your Dr about that one!

I deal with heart issues from my anxiety

When I have a really bad panic attack, it's common for any part of my body to go numb. Usually my head goes numb, but I've also had numbness in other areas. I've found that it's best to just let it be numb and wait for it to subside. Trying to make it stop usually makes it worse.
