Intense Muscle Tension and Ticks with Anxiety?

Hi everyone, im lex and new here. My first thought I think is this; Does anyone else get really intense muscle tension and ticks when they are physically anxious? It normally happens when I'm focused on a task, it's not even mental stress though.

and when I stressed, my last one was my temple kept tensing up it was weird

Yes, I have chronic tics so when I'm anxious they happen more often and are more pronounced, especially when someone is touching me like hugs even from my parents

Yes I clench my jaw and tense up my shoulders and it actually makes me really sore later on lol
