Struggling with Anxiety Medication Withdrawal
I’ve been in ativan, Xanax and Klonopin from anxiety .. right now I’m taking Klonopin 1mg but the derealization, anxiety worsens when without it even for just one day… any ideas on treatment or help to soothe this nightmare

You have to be careful with klonopin, coming off it too quickly orskipping doses can cause seizures. I've been on it for years now, and it helps me so much
