the medicine that worked the absolute best for my anxiety was iv ketamine infusions. before that i was on a lot of heavy duty meds that caused me neurological damage bc i couldn’t function with my anxiety unmedicated but through ketamine treatments i was able to get off of several meds

Venlafaxine I take everyday and Buspirone just for panic attacks and since I've started them, I haven't really had any anxiety at all. I used to constantly worry about everything and was diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder. They both keep me awake and Buspirone is known to give you insomnia. I hope this helps 💕

I'm on fluoxotine for anxiety and it doesn't put me to sleep. It just makes me sleep really deeply when I do. Not as much recently tho, but for a while there I was having super intense dreams where night. Unfortunately, my meds for my other issues DO make me sleepy and may be why I don't have many dreams anymore. Idk...

Time of day you take it also made a huge difference for me! If it makes you alert/can't sleep try in the morning vs sleepy at night
