Gold standard treatment is therapy plus medication. Certainly have a discussion with your doctor about dosage and explore a form of therapy if you are not already.

I mean how long have you been on the meds? Sometimes you need to give it time to work, but also I think you should keep track with your doctor. I ended having to switch my meds about 12 times before I found the Combo that worked

Everyday for how long? What is the cause of rise in anxiety more than usual, do you know? Situational anxiety definitely doesn't mean you don't need medication! However, I have found that it still helps to find the root of it and work with the issue, even removing the issue, all in conjunction with the medication in order to get maximum results from your medication. A change in type of benzodiazepine ie: klonopin vs adivan usually isn't what is needed for relief.

If it’s everyday and it’s bothering you a lot and interfering with your life then I would talk to your doctor about it

I would first try to see if anything in your situation has changed to determine the cause of anxiety before switching
