Looking for advice on anxiety medication

i didn't notice any difference whatsoever when taking buspar personally lol however, i also had no side effects. i've heard great things about it from friends though, i think it's a good medication

It saved my life. I had constant low level panic attacks before buspar, and afterwards they went away

I have been taking it for 5 years, and it's been a life saver for me.

It worked for a couple of months but gave me really weird side effects, so I had to stop.

I know it works differently for different people, but weirdly i didn't feel any different on buspar, just felt more tired :I Now i take something else

I've been on Buspar for a while and the way I describe it is that it doesn't make you feel like a zombie. It's very subtle and a huge help.
