I've seen people mention that visualization can help with anxiety...but it takes an insane amount of concentration for me to visualize anything due to my aphantasia, and my concentration is not great due to my inattention. Does anyone have any tips for a similar effect without visualization? ^^'

One user mentioned grounding techniques, such as controlling your breathing and following a checklist: naming 5 things you can see, touching and describing 4 objects, identifying 3 sounds, smelling 2 things, and tasting or imagining 1 taste. This can help distract and regain control during anxiety episodes without relying on visualization.
