Dealing with Anxiety During Job Search

I’ve been having such bad anxiety about getting a job. I want to make money but I’m so scared to get back into the rhythm of being social and so on. I’m scared to step out of my comfort zone and don’t know what to do.

I understand how hard it is to get back into a set work routine and to be forced to socialize with others. It is hard and sometimes scary too. I'm found for myself that once I dive in, my anxiety will reduce some after I get used to my new normal. It may not go away, but it won't be as bad for me. I love the quote," life begins at the end of your comfort zone." There are just things in life that we have to do, no matter how anxious or afraid we are. We can't always live in comfort; we just have to learn to cope better.
