Dealing with Anxiety and Intrusive Thoughts

What is this? Sometimes when I get really bad anxiety, I feel weird and paranoid. I don't SEE things that aren't there and I don't genuinely think there IS anything there, but. I have a bad fear of demons and I have intrusive thoughts. So sometimes when I get bad anxiety, I think those thoughts and I FEEL like something is somewhere or something is watching me. Even though I don't see, hear, or believe that anything is there, it makes me really anxious and Idk if it's normal or not
