Anxiety-induced physical symptoms

anybody else's head start spinning and stomach start hurting really bad when thinking about something anxiety-inducing? I assume it's common, but it's super annoying when it's happening constantly😭

All the time, I find going for a walk when it happens to help the best. And drink some water. When you drink your forced to breath and that helps the spinning. The walking takes your mind out of the anxiety and makes your body more present with the mind. Hope this helps you.

This happens to me sometimes and I always have to resort to breathing techniques and doing anything I can to get my mind off it. Hopes this helps!

I deff get these symptoms, my best way to deal with it is to try and find ANYTHING to distract yourself. My calming phone games are my go to, I know this is really difficult to do, but if you can it really helps.

I have the same problem! All the stress constantly keeps my stomach upset along with headaches and dizziness. Is there any way to control this?

yes and the most important thing is when you begin to realize that you’re thinking about something anxiety inducing to defer this thought in any ways you can, in the moment an unconscious part of you holds onto the anxiety because that’s how your body copes with the stress its going through so to empty your mind and distract yourself in that moment will make your mind shift in focus and hopefully help de-escalate the situation. let me know if this helps 👍
