Does anyone else have times where your anxiety is so bad that you cant eat anything or you'll just throw it up? For me it usually happens once a year where it'll go on for a month and I lose weight. How do you guys manage your nausea?

      You guys should try wearing sea bands, it’s something for motion sickness - it puts pressure on a nerve that tells your brain not to feel pain in your stomach. I’ve used it a lot, and it can work well.       I do. Weeds the only thing that really helps but ik not everyone wants to use that or has access. Mints and certain sodas help a bit for me too tho
