Dealing with Anxiety-Induced Headaches

My anxiety causes really bad headaches sometimes. I’ll start getting nauseous and very sick, until I can somehow manage to fall asleep. I’ve only been able to control it once and that was during therapy. Due to circumstances, I haven’t been able to go to therapy and I have yet to learn how to control these intense headaches on my own. Can anyone relate? And if so, how are you managing them?

I get a lot of headaches from my anxiety. I’ve found using ice packs helps a lot. I’ll lay down and close my eyes (sometimes I’ll use an eye mask for darkness) and put an ice pack wrapped in a towel over my eyes.
