Yes, all the time! I also notice that sometimes my muscles feel like I did an extreme work out bc I tense up when I'm anxious.

Yes and it's extremely annoying. It's a vicious cycle: panic attack, then cry a ton, then migraine, cry more, lash out at anyone near me, cry about that while my head is about to explode.

Heck yeah. I work in sales Lolā€¦but I absolutely love my job. My parents are approaching 80 and I always worry. I have one child and he has special needs. My wife is type 1 diabetic and has many other illnesses.
