I'm honestly not sure if it matters. I think it would be more helpful to examine the thoughts that are producing the anxiety, comparing them to common cognitive distortions (which you can find online), and challenging any distorted thoughts. Also, pull out your "toolbox" - the skills that help you cope with anxiety, such as going for a walk, journaling, deep breathing, meditation, music, doing something artistic, cuddling a pet...

Personally I can’t really tell cuz it’s my theory is that the same brain neural pathways that are interconnected and thus giving me anxiety

They are all really intertwined. For instance I know when anxiety symptoms are from my bipolar disorder because when I treat the bipolar disorder with the correct medicine the anxiety is treated too.
