Hello , I'm new to this app. I've been suffering from anxiety for 16 years. I'm wondering if anyone else urinates frequently due to anxiety?

Fear of getting cancer, covid , any other disease. Fear of being around new people , being alone, stress eating , heart palpitations, the list is endless. But recently diagnosed with thyroid disease, high cholesterol and borderline pre diabetic. So , now I'm just worried about all that stuff πŸ˜•

Yes , please don't be afraid to leave the house . Being outside is so good for those of us with anxiety. I'm sorry about your dad passing , mine passed a few years ago . It gets better with time . You're not going to die going to school, are you in any medications ? How old are you?

i do!! its so stressful. at this point, if i don't know for sure that i will be able to use a restroom at my destination/along the way, i can barely make myself leave the house (luckily, i go only a few, very consistent places, so i know where the bathrooms are πŸ˜…)

Ativan won't make you fall asleep if you're having a panic attack or unable to think clearly. I've taken Ativan, Xanax and klonopin . I prefer klonopin or Ativan.
