When you feel that you're about to have a panic attack, try counting randomly whilst taking deep breaths as slowly as you can. Breathe through your belly and exhale through your mouth. Another thing you can try is taking deep breaths are focusing on listening and feeling one thing like the wind, waves or touching something soothing. Think of how they feel on your skin or how they move. Hope it helps!

Distracting myself with my favorite show, YouTuber, etc and curling up with a fluffy blanket and a cold drink usually helps ❤️ deep breaths, you’ve got this!
