Tips for Job Interviews with Anxiety

I have pretty bad anxiety and I'm looking for employment, does anyone have tips for resumes/interviews/phone calls? I get really anxious and freeze up and start stuttering which causes me to always get turned away :/

I have Selective Mutism which is literally “too anxious to talk The Disorder” and so, you need to practice! script what you’re going to say and say it to yourself a bunch of times! (also, no one will notice that you scripted it) It probably still won’t come out perfectly but it will probably be easier. plus, when you start doing it often you’ll get better at it

I'm personally an extrovert with anxiety, and I told my first boss that when he asked how I would describe myself, and he thought it was a cool answer. Also, as soon as I sat down, he handed me a Rubix cube and told me to feel free to fidget with it. And when I saw the office for the first time, he had about 4 in there. Sometimes I miss seeing them. I think depending on what job it is. If you have something to fidget with it could help?
