If I do not keep a regular routine around good foods coming in my body and start skipping meals or eating junk for too long my aniexty can go into overdrive and I will start down bad thought patterns and get all messy in other areas adding to more aniexty and stress.

I'm feeling that now! I just moved into my new apartment and good food has been a little scace so I've been eating junk for the last couple days. I feel like GARBAGE! Gotta get good food in me asap...

holy moly! I'm the same way...I feel so thrown off when I don't have good food around and plan my days around my eating schedule.

Yes, it affects mine. I get so anxious I can't eat at all. My mouth gets dry and the food is sticky.

If my anxiety is bad enough I'll nibble on something or eat something light just so there's something in my stomach...I have to force anything down just to function those days.

My anxiety tells me I shouldn’t eat & I restrict. But my mood is really low or euphoric and when I eat I crash and can’t get anything done.

when I was in high-school I was actually afraid I'd become anorexic because everything I ate made me want to gag so I tried eating stuff like yogurt and such that was light and wouldn't make me feel weighed down.

Yeah. I just commented on another of your posts. But yeah. I was living with a family abroad and I didn't have very defined expectations which resulted in my not usually eating food unless it was offered or I at outside of the house. That meant that I did have three meals a day on school days but during weekends and non school days I would basically just eat dinner. Slowly I became less hungry. And the last few weeks there was no school at all. It's been a bit of a struggle to make myself eat even when I don't think that I'm hungry now that I'm home. My mom's been super worried.
