Sounds like the symptoms of Panic Disorder and depression go hand in hand, did all this start recently?

Did have a panic attack about two years ago and have been under a ton of stress within the past 4-6 months actually longer then that

It sounds like you could be dissociating.

I was also thinking dissociation... Being in a daze and zoned out are common descriptions. I've experienced the same.

I will say it’s more constant then a come and go thing.
