Is Anxiety Just a Cop-Out Diagnosis?

So I don’t think they think we are crazy but anxiety has so many symptoms they just fall back on it. They even got me second guessing myself thinking I don’t know what anxiety is. But it can’t be anxiety cause I can feel chill and still have trembling and shaking. I see the infectious disease doctors again next week my auto immune tests came back normal along with my eeg and nerve shock tests all normal. Thyroid normal. I was convinced I had an auto immune issue. We will see what they say. I already saw them and they said post viral syndrome. Like that’s the new anxiety diagnosis. But because they diagnosed me with anxiety they drug test me every time I go in for labs now.
