Hi, I am an 18 year old male with anxiety, recently I have felt chest pain and other awful feelings. It isn't fun of course - but it very much is a concern for me. I saw my practitioner and they listened to my heart... everything seems cool on their end. (I would love an EKG though... but I sadly have some restrictions to get aid.) However, I did report a similar problem like this to said practitioner, and she said it could very well be GERD, I took Omeprazole (awaiting to get medication again, give two more days to see how I feel.) for it. If my pain is GERD or Acid Reflux, and the medication works then it's safe to say that was the issue. As I write my back and side hurt.....
