I just l tell myself it will pass and sometimes I'll do a meditation app but more than likely I'll take a 25mg CBD gummy or 2.5 mg of a fast acting THC gummy, up to 5mg but no more.

It can take some time to recenter yourself. When you take those deep breaths, you are taking back control. I also like to place my hand on my heart and close my eyes.

I like to do the calming exercise where you count things or identify things around you. It helps me to focus off my breathing. I hope it helps you đź‘Ť

Recently I started having breathing like I do before a panic attack and I ran to the window under a staircase and I stared outside and focused on a single object and really notice details about it. It helped ground me.
