Struggling with Anxiety During Break from School

lately it’s been hard. i am home while on a break from school yet my anxiety has been triggered and I’m not sure why. it feels like i am constantly stuck in my head 24/7 and the fact that im stuck in my head just keeps repeating over and over and over all day. it’s hard to feel happy when i don’t feel myself. hoping it passes soon because i feel like im going crazy

What helps me, yoga, meditation, go for a walk, taking supplements and of course breathing exercises.

The one thing that's has been helping me is the stuff called ashwagandha you don't need a medication for it it's natural and it helped reduce my anxiety. It's definitely worth a try
