@cramo i wasn’t sure if it was a meltdown because it felt different then a stereotypical attack. It was very quick. Recovered. Then it came back again 5 min later😥 but rest I’d day better thank you 🤗
@Katharina happy to help 😊, i get panac attacks in many different ways. Sometimes ill get overwhelmed than itll lead to shakes and a twitch and being hard to breathe.. and other times itll be a freeze and im just frozer in one position, other times its exactly what you are talking about
