agreed it’s always good to find someone to talk with about your struggles. never keep them locked in it’ll only make it worse. even if you have to take a moment and call up a friend. besides the right medication it’s good to have different exercises to help like breathing or journaling. changing jobs is also an option but work is work it’s good to ask yourself what do i need right now.! hope this helps 😊

I got an as needed anxiety medication that's helped me a lot when it gets really bad. It's a very weird calm though, like I still feel like I should be panicking but I'm just not. But that weird feeling usually goes away once I get on task again

If possible, tell a coworker you trust about how you're feeling. Whenever I'm having really bad anxiety days I let at least one oerson know and sometimes it even results in them trying to accommodate me somehow (ie I can just clean instead of helping customers all day). Even if there's nothing they can do, it can be helpful to have someone who knows what's going on with you especially if it worsens to a point where others notice, that way you can have someone in your corner who can explain things for you if necessary or at the very least a non-judgemental face can make things easier. Best of luck to you, I know how difficult it is
