Does anyone have this anxiety problem; whenever I have to travel or do something different, I get anxiety. Then, I fret and then all the symptoms of fatigue, headaches,etc get in the way! Thanks for your thoughts!

I am right there with you. Every time I have to travel, especially on planes, I get so anxious that I usually throw up. I usually have to tell myself endlessly that I have all my medication and identification and that in the end anything else can be replaced. Best of luck to you. 💕

All the time! I overthink everything when I have to do something. It could be something I look forward to or might not really want to, either way I put myself into anxiety and am miserable. I push myself to get out of this state of mind and normally overcome my anxiety once I am there, it's just leading up to it is exhausting. Trying to work on mindfullness to get out of that mindset, but it is still a work in progress.
