Yes… it’s so tough 😞 Constantly feeling on edge and having extra adrenaline running through your system just exhausts your body and mind.

I’ve found that taking propanolol at night helps my body calm down enough to get a somewhat decent night of sleep.

My anxiety diagnosis came long before my ADHD and Narcolepsy diagnoses but have found they are highly related. I’m not sure which cam first, the chicken or the egg. Or in my case the anxiety or the diseases. But I do strongly suggest looking deeper into the cause of the anxiety. There very well could be underlying medical imbalances that worsen or trigger the anxiety.

Yea, I know personally my anxiety is always there. Sometimes it's just very bad and sometimes its easier to deal with. From experience I know how those bad days can make you feel horribly exhausted and sometimes even sick, so even having that small bit of anxiety everyday can contribute to your tiredness.

I feel this. My anxiety is like this fake internal motivation that I have to keep me busy 24 seven. I often joke that I have never been relaxed day in my life, because I always feel the need to be doing something. But because I can’t relax physically and emotionally, I often and most days exhausted physically and emotionally. Especially if I have a bad day, or I’m super emotional, I will be so drained that I will be exhausted for days, no matter how much sleep I get. And it seems like until my emotions are calm down, I can’t even get a good nights rest because my dreams are crazy

Oh definitely! It can get so exhausting when little things are frequently triggering anxiety and your whole system is on high alert all the time. Really wears you out!
