Absolutely! I can't sleep. And even when I do, I still feel just absolutely drained. Always. There's other days I want to do nothing but sleep and will sleep for 12-14 hours.. and still feel tired. It's a never ending battle.

They play into one another. Your mind is racing which makes it hard to fall asleep, and lack of sleep makes anxiety worse. It's a hard thing to deal with as I'm sure you know

I mean I'm not a doctor but both my parents are and they always say sleep has a major roll in anxiety and depression so I would say yes
