Struggling with Anxiety and Finances

Can’t sleep, feel like my heart is rumbling around in my chest - the anxiety, the sadness. It’s gotten worse over time. My financial situation is terrible. Will it ever get better?

I've been there. I had to file bankruptcy once because my finances got so out of hand. It got me back on track and I got to start over and learn from my mistakes. I hope your situation improves. This year is my year of freedom from my credit being affected by my bankruptcy. My credit is high because my bankruptcy helped it and I got a loan to buy a house. My daughter is struggling with her finances right now. She's having to move in with her sister in law. And my daughter has a husband and three kids. Her husband's green card expired and now he's not legal in the US anymore so he can't work. So she's the only one holding down a job and supporting everyone.

Sometimes it seems that there is no end to troubling times. There is always some up and downs throughout life. Everyone has them, your not alone there! We all have had them and things will get better. Just remember that! It also has to do with how you look at things, breathe and slow down. Keep a positive look on things, it will get better as long as you think positive. If you need to talk, you can reach out to me!

Okay if there’s a rainstorm. Remember this when the rain stops you get some awesome plants and if you planted them veggies and fruit (physical and spiritual) and they need to be tended to (think fruit and veggies as emotions and spiritual growth and healing. Don’t worry about life. Anxiety is a for of fear and it doesn’t help you either. 🙏🏻👍🏻😉🖖🏻 Hang in there!

Every bad patch does eventually end, even if it doesn't seem like it at the time. I went through a 20 year bad patch, and I'm happy to say it's been about 6 months since I got away from that situation, and life has only kept getting better and better for me!

Your in a rainstorm right now. And there will be an after in the storm. A nice quite after this storm. But you are strong and you will not be defeated! Getting some help or advice from a professional might be a step in the right direction. Also there is always good financial advice on YouTube, I have used some. You will have to fight and but in some effort. But it will be so worth it in the end. Slowly, go slowly so you can heal and learn.❤️

I am a huge advocate for positivity. I am also a realist. I can't be positive 100% of the time & that is ok. My feelings matter. I matter. Your feelings matter! You matter! I've found that journaling has helped me. My finances are limited so I get pretty notebooks from the Dollar Tree, even my pens come from there. I can "say" anything in journaling. It helps me think & I have found solutions there. Writing slows me down, quiets my mind & my soul. You need someone to talk to, I will do my best to help. Love, light & blessings to you! What is this sleep thing you speak of? A joke. I also know its not a funny one. Sleep has not been my friend in a really long time.

sleep has not been my friend either! And the sleep meds they guve me have a bad side effect of doing crazy things, so I don't take them and nothings works! I agree on the positive energy, I am also a huge believer on that!
