Adhd cause a lot of school anxiety for me, so i use a few different apps for classes & assignments, routines, a study timer, and a to do list/habit tracker. (My study life, routinery, study bunny, and habitica respectively) Ik everyone says that time management helps, and it really does, but i need a ton of help to be able to do it. So, apps.

Sometimes I feel like I'm barely managing with the two of those issues. I would say that making lists definitely helps with both my anxiety and my ADHD. It helps me to be able to write out everything in concrete goals so that I know a place to start, and to make those goals small enough so that I don't feel overwhelmed. Other than that, fidget toys are pretty awesome. And maybe a self-care app if you need something like that.
