@nicknac definitely talk to your prescriber and talk about increasing your dosage! Say you haven’t felt any improvements and then they usually increase it

Keep a log book. Even if writing once sentence every day or one word helps. My therapist asked me to do this then at the end of two months she'd read the book and go from there

When did you start them? Could take 4-6 weeks if they’re new. Definitely doesn’t happen after a couple days
