how do I tell if my antidepressants are working? I don't feel much different.

Keep a log book. Even if writing once sentence every day or one word helps. My therapist asked me to do this then at the end of two months she'd read the book and go from there

When did you start them? Could take 4-6 weeks if they’re new. Definitely doesn’t happen after a couple days
