What Are Common Withdrawal Symptoms From Antidepressants?

i weened myself off of prozac about 2 years ago because i felt it was causing more harm than good. i don’t remember much withdrawals besides the common brain zaps i know people get.

I get “brain zaps” (check google if u don’t know what that is) and gastro issues before as well as this strange feeling like my brain is fuzzy/like my head is filled with cotton balls. I definitely get more angry and emotional in general. I get tired.

I found myself having heavy mood swings and more anger than normal, but I specifically struggle w mine. Hay you have happiness health safety and deepest well-being.
