Does anyone else go through antidepressants? Like, they just stop working for you after a certain point? I've been on lexapro for the last year and after having been on the highest dosage for a while, I've noticed my concentration with school and my time management abilities has waned a bit compared to the last semester when I made the dean's list. I'm thinking it's either this or my adhd meds. What do you do when that happens? Do you switch it up? Or is it something else?

Yes, some people experience their medications, including antidepressants, becoming less effective over time. One person mentioned that they had tried at least four different antidepressants before finding one that worked for them. It is a trial-and-error process, and it might be helpful to talk to your doctor about switching medications if you feel they are no longer working effectively.
