Have you found a good controller or abortive? Ubrevly is an amazing abortive . I use trokendi as a prophylaxis, though I heard emgality is better

I have tried ubrevly but it did nothing for me. I am currently on Gabapentin for an emergency med but again it doesn't do anything - just makes me sick. Which I believe that my side effects are the same ones they have listed and heard a lot of people have when taking it. Soo to make a long answer short I don't take it often if ever. I do also take Tizanidine but it puts me to sleep so I only take it to sleep sometimes.

Since seeing a chiropractor for my neck my migraines have gotten better , I have some cervical problems that seemed to be maybe a cause for a good amount of migraines I had , have you seen one yet?

I have never been to a chiropractor - honestly something about them kinda freaks me out. I am however under the care of a physical therapist who has training in vestibular therapy - which does help me from time to time but most of the time I leave the office dizzy. Which I normal due to the exercises that she has me do.
