Hi guys! I'm new to this platform and I suffer from anemia and chronic hypoglycemia. I have a question but just a little backstory: Im 29 years old. I don't smoke or drink alcohol and my parent didn't get me the medical care I needed when I was growing up,which brought on a bunch of other health issues that I'm still dealing with today. I had my first transfusion in 2014 and have had maybe about 4 since. I recently lost alot of bl**d due to a miscarriage and I'm really struggling(the hospital didn't know I'm anemic). My question is,besides eating iron-rich foods and taking supplements, what are some ways I can increase my blood supply? TIA! 🙂
