I’ve been through surgery multiple times. It’s never been fully gone, but after each time I’ve at least had a better QOL. I highly recommend surgery if it starts getting serious, especially if it develops into an anal fistula like it did for me. That shit hurts, and ignoring it doesn’t do any good. Talk to your doctor.

I have had a hemroid banding surgery, polyp removal (at the same time) had recurring bleeding went to a colorectal surgeon who I still follow with. I am on (prescribed) diltazem cream, and calmoseptime cream.
Yes, I had 1 and I couldn’t get my doctors to remove it. They said it was elective surgery. A few years later it started bleeding and was very painful. I went to a Colon Rectal Surgeon. After taking 3 biopsies, I had stage 2 stage 3 Anal cancer. It is not elective surgery!!
