Hi...I am trying to figure out a way to get diagnosed myself. What were your ana/ rnp levels?

Mine just says Ana positive and anti dna was 15

Primary doc sent me to neurologist and I’m still undergoing testing as well as an appointment is set up for rheumatologist

@becka I'm sorry that you feel bad. I had a positive ana and waiting to see a rheumatologist also. My symptoms were bad. Watch what you eat that triggers your symptoms. Try drinking kombucha ever morning. This week I started blending up ginger root turmeric root and a whole peeled lemon with some water I strain it and I drink about 6 oz of that a day that has truly helped. Aleve helps some with the pain. The numbness isn't as bad anymore since I changed my diet. More whole fruits and veggies, and alkaline water
